DUE TO THE STRICT RULES OF THE MINISTERY OF HIGHER EDUCATION, THE SPRING SCHOOL IS CANCELLED

GENERAL INFORMATION

The deadline for registration is 31 January 2020. Please, note that the registration will be binding after 31 January 2020.

Based on the number of registred participants, it will be decided in the beginning of February 2020 whether the Spring School can be organized. If it is not the case, the registration fees will of course be reimbursed. THE SPRING SCHOOL IS NOW CONFIRMED

Centrale Innovation, the valorisation subsidiary of Ecole Centrale de Lyon, is in charge of the registration process.

The registration fees will depend on whether or not the participant requires accommodation at the Résidence Paul Comparat. Note that the number of available rooms is limited to 25.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees for participants requiring accommodation

• 500 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
  
• 700 euros (VAT included) for other participants
  

These fees include the participation at the Spring School, the accommodation in the Résidence Paul Comparat from April 14 till April 18 (four nights) and the lunches on April 15, 16 and 17.

Fees for participants without accommodation

• 300 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
  
• 500 euros (VAT included) for other participants
  

These fees include the participation at the Spring School and the lunches on April 15, 16 and 17.
